| 摘 要： | 目的 分析股骨粗隆周围骨折手术并发症的原因,提出预防方法.方法 自2004年3月～2010年3月,手术治疗股骨粗隆周围骨折120例,术后常规预防下肢深静脉血栓(DVT),抗骨质疏松治疗及个体化的康复锻炼.结果 118例获得随访,随访时间6～48个月,平均30.5个月.术后17例出现与手术相关的并发症（占14.4％）,其中髋内翻6例,内固定物断裂3例,拉力螺钉切割和退钉4例,复位不良4例.结论 掌握手术适应证,积极处理内科疾病,合理选择内固定物,熟练掌握手术操作技术,综合预防DVT,正规抗骨质疏松治疗和个体化的康复锻炼是减少死亡及手术相关并发症的关键.
