离职管理在护理人力资源管理中的应用体会

摘    要:目的:寻求减少聘用制护士流失的管理方法。通过对离职护士开展离职管理工作,充分了解护士离职的主客观原因,变"管理离职"为"离职管理"。方法:实施离职前挽留性谈话和离职后谈话,自制"离职护士问卷",对护士流失的影响因素进行整理和及时反馈,建立"离职护士库"。结果:规范离职管理流程,95%的离职护士认可离职谈话方式。结论:虽然护士离职是正常现象,但要高度重视,有效措施可以降低护士离职率,保留护理骨干。
