| 摘 要： | 介绍了该院实施"优质护理服务示范工程"活动的情况及其效果,即通过动员与人员培训,改变排班模式,强化基础护理细节管理,绩效考核与薪酬分配挂钩等落实"优质护理服务示范工程";通过住院病人对护理工作的满意度调查,病区护理质量评价,医生对护士的评价,医院对护士工作质量的每月抽查评价其效果:实现了病人满意、政府满意、社会满意的目标;建议通过建立学习型组织文化,树立优质护理服务的榜样,建立统一的监督评价绩效标准,建立激励机制等形成长效机制。
