| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胆道探查术后一期缝合胆总管的可行性及手术指征和手术方法.方法 选择性地对438例有胆道探查指征的患者,在术中行胆道镜检查后做胆总管一期缝合,回顾性分析其治疗效果.结果 438例均获痊愈.3例发生胆漏,2例发生胆道结石复发.随访1个月～8年,无胆道残余结石及胆道狭窄发生,未出现严重的梗阻性黄疽、胆管炎、胰腺炎...
