| 摘 要： | 目的探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石的方法和临床疗效。方法采用输尿管镜治疗输尿管中下段结石62例;在F4-F5输尿管导管引导下进镜,同时置入气压弹道探条粉碎结石后留置D-J管2-4周。结果62例输尿管中下段结石,一次性结石清除率为96.8%（60/62）,手术时间5-30min,平均17.5min,术后住院时间4-7d,14（23.3%）例尿培养阳性（14/60）,9（15%）例术后发生尿路感染（9/60）。结论输尿管镜联合气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石疗效好、损伤小、安全可靠,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical use of the Swiss lithoclast pneumatic lithotriptor in the endoscopic management of urinary calculi.Methods 62 cases of calculus were adopted ureteroscope in the study.And under the F4-F5 ureter catheter into the mirror,and at the same time inserted pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy crushing stones indwelling D-J tube 2-4 weeks.Results 62 cases of ureteral stone,96.8 %（2/62 stones were evacuated in one treatment session.The operation time was 5-30 minutes,and the average stay in hospital was 5.5 days,the positive of Bacterial ultivation14（23.3%）cases.Complications were observed in 9（15%） cases.Conclusion It is safe and effective to use ureteroscopy combined with the Swiss-lithoclast pneumatic lithotriptor for the treatment of ureteral calculus. |
