苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平对高血压病颈动脉内膜中层厚度及左室质量指数的影响

目的探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平对高血压病患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）及左室质量指数（LVMI）的影响。方法选取高血压病患者80例，随机分为2组。治疗组40例予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片2．5～5mg，每日1次口服。对照组40例予硝苯地平片10～20mg，每日2～3次口服。2组均6个月为1个疗程，治疗前后用彩色超声多普勒检测颈动脉IMT和左室相关数据，计算左室质量指数（LVMI）。结果治疗后2组血压与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），2组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗组治疗后颈动脉IMT、LVMI与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），对照组治疗前后IMT、LVMI比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片可有效降低血压，降低颈动脉IMT、LVMI的增加，改善动脉粥样硬化和左室肥厚。

Effect of amlodipine besylate on IMT of carotid and LVMI in patient with hypertension

Objective To pbserve the effect amlodipine besylate on IMT of carotid and LVMI in patient with hypertension. Methods 80 cases of hypertension were divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group were treated by amlodipine besylate, 2.5 ～ 5mg, once a day. Patients in control group were treated by Nifedipine Tablets, 10～20mg, twice a day. The course was six months in two groups. IMT of carotid and LVMI in patient were measured by color Doppler before and after treatment. Results There was significant difference between before and after treatment in two groups on blood pressure （ P 〈 0.05 ）. But there was no difference between two groups after treatment （ P 〉 0.05）. There was significant difference between before and after treatment in treatment group on IMT of carotid and LVMI （ P 〈 0.05）. There was on difference between before and after treatment in control group on IMT of carotid and LVMI （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Amlodipine besylate can effectively decrease blood pressure, increase of IMT of carotid and LVMI in patient with hypertension.
