| 摘 要： | 目的探讨体外冲击波（ESW）对犬血液中各种血细胞和凝血功能的影响。方法检测ESW冲击犬右心室心腔前、后各种血细胞数量、凝血酶原时间（PT）和激活的部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）。结果 ESW冲击犬右心室心腔后,血小板计数明显减少（P〈0.05）,PT和APTT明显延长（P〈0.01）。结论 ESW能损伤血小板,并能导致凝血功能障碍。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of ESW on blood cells and clotting function of dogs. Methods The peripheral blood white blood cell count,PT and part of activated APTT were detected before and after the canine right ventricle was impacted by ESW. Results After impacted by ESW,the platelet count of the canine right ventricle was significantly decreased（ P 0. 05） ,and the PT and APTT were obviously delayed （ P 0. 01） . Conclusion The ESW’s impacting is able to damage the platelet,and result in coagulation disorders. |
