体温过低症应用体外循环复温的实验研究

摘    要:目的 应用体外循环技术对体温过低症犬进行复温,观察复温进程及复温前后血流动力学变化。方法 对浸泡性体温过低症犬经股动脉,颈外静脉插管,连接体外循环机进行复温。结果 实验犬体温稳定回升;血流动力学指标明显改善。结论 体外循环技术复温浸泡性体温过低症犬是有效的方法。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE Extracorporeal circulation was used in rewarming immersed hypothermic dogs. METHODS 8 dogs were rewarmed by extracorporeal circulation through the femoral arterial to external jugular venous exchanger. RESULTS Core temperature of hypothermic dogs can be steadily elevated, and its hemodynamic parameters improved significantly after rewarming. CONCLUSIONS Extracorporeal circulation is one of effective methods to rewarm immersed hypothermic dogs.
