小儿支气管非金属异物的X线诊断

目的 :探讨 X线胸片在小儿支气管非金属异物的诊断及其临床意义。方法 :回顾分析 18例小儿支气管非金属异物的 X线胸片 ,并对其影像表现加以总结。结果 :小儿支气管非金属异物在 X线胸片上主要表现为肺气肿、肺不张、肺内斑片影、纵隔移位和纵隔摆动。分别占 83.33%、6 6 .6 7%、5 0 %和 6 1.11%。结论 :X线胸片摄影简便易行 ,对小儿支气管非金属异物的诊断具有一定的临床意义 ,是小儿支气管非金属异物诊断中的重要检查手段之一

X-ray Diagnosis of Non-metal Foreign Bodies in Infantile Bronchus

Purpose To explore the clinical significance and diagnosis of non-metal foreign bodies in infantile bronchus by chest radiography. Methods A retrospective study was made on non-metal foreign bodies in 18 infantile bronchi and a summary of their image manifestations was also made. Results On the chest X-ray films, non-metal foreign bodies in infantile bronchi were manifested as emphysema (83.33 %), pulmonary atelectasis (66.67 %), intrapulmonary patch image (50 %), mediastina displacement and mediastina segmental motion (61.11 %). Conclusion Chest radiography, being simple and convenient, is of certain clinical significance in the diagnosis of non-metal foreign bodies in infantile bronchi and is one of the important examinations for non-metal foreign bodies in infantile bronchi.
