| 摘 要： | 对40例非肥胖的糖耐量减低（IGT）者伴非酒精性脂肪肝（NAFL）与40例非肥胖IGT者不伴NAFL的研究显示，非肥胖的IGT伴NAFL患者有更显著的胰岛素抵抗，而且在非肥胖的IGT者中，胰岛素抵抗是NAFL的独立危险因素。

| Abstract: | The study of 40 non-obese IGT subjects with NAFL and 40 non-obese IGT subjects without NAFL showed non-obese IGT subjects with NAFL have significantly higher insulin resistance than those without NAFL, and insulin resistance is an independent risk factor for NAFL in non-obese IGT subjects. |
