| 摘 要： | 肝细胞生长因子(HGF)是一种内皮细胞特异性生长因子,促进内皮细胞的增殖和移行,抑制内皮细胞的凋亡。高血压患者血清HGF水平与血压高低、靶器官损害程度和血压节律异常有关,可能成为反映高血压内皮功能不全的一个新指标。一些药物能降低高血压患者血清HGF水平。

| Abstract: | Hepatocyte growth factor is an endothelium-specific growth factor that stimulates proliferation and migration of endothelial cells and inhibits apoptotic actions of them.Serum HGF concentration in hypertensive patients is associated with the levels of blood pressure,the degree of target organ damage and the abnormal circadian rhythm of blood pressure,and may be a new index of endothelial dysfunction.Some drugs can decrease serum HGF concentration in hypertensive patients. |
