| 摘 要： | 本文报告采用椎板间蝶形减压加脂肪块移植覆盖硬膜治疗节段性腰椎管狭窄症18例。随访平均2.4年,优12例,良6例。作者对腰椎管狭窄症手术治疗进行了讨论,并介绍了椎板间蝶形减压加脂肪块移植的手术方法及其优越性。

| Abstract: | 18 patients with segmental lumbar spinal stenosis were treated with a butterfly laminotomy and fat graft. Followed up for a period of 2. 4 years with excellent results in 12 .and good in 6. This paper will discuss the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis by butterfly laminotomy and fat graft. |
