| 摘 要： | 目的:评价经胃左动脉灌注药物治疗晚期贲门癌的疗效。方法:经皮穿刺超选择性胃左动脉内插管灌注化疗药顺铂等,多次治疗者间隔4用给药一次。结果:58例患者治疗后临床症状缓解,病情好转。结论:经胃左动脉灌注药物治疗晚期贲门癌近期疗效明显、安全可靠、耐受性好、副反应发生率低。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of left gastric arterial infusion chemotherapy for advanced cardiac carcinoma. Methods The transcutaneous arterial catheterization and super - selective left gastric arterial infusion chemotherapy were performed in 58 patients. PDD and some other drugs were used for arterial infusion chemotherapy . The infusion chemotherapy was given every 4 weeks for patients who received more than one times of treatment. Results The patients'symptoms and conditions had been improved in all 58 patients. Conclusion The left gastric arterial infusion chemotherapy for advanced cardiac carcinoma has good instant effect and is well tolerated. It has low incidence rate of side - effect and is an effective and safe approach to treat advanced cardiac carcinoma. |
