不同麻醉方法对人工流产术的镇痛效果比较

目的探讨两种镇痛方法在人工流产手术中的疗效观察。方法100例实施无痛人工流产术患者随机分成两组：异丙酚＋芬太尼静脉麻醉组（A组）50例和2％利多卡因宫颈局部浸润麻醉组（B组）50例，观察两组手术时间、麻醉评分、镇痛效果及并发症等。结果A组麻醉成功率50例（100％）高于B组43例（86．0％）（χ^2=3．99，P〈0．05）；A组出血量[15。30mL：5例（10．0％）、〉30mL：1例（2．0％）]低于B组[12例（24．0％）、6例（12．0％）]（χ^2=3．97，χ^2=3．89，P均〈0．05）；A组宫颈松弛程度显效48例（96．0％）明显高于B组42例（84．0％）（χ^2=3．94，P〈0．05）；人工流产综合征A组1例（2．0％），低于B组6例（12．0％）（χ^2=4．25，P〈0．0．5）。结论人工流产术应选择异丙酚＋芬太尼静脉麻醉，效果满意。

Analgesic Effects of Different Anesthesia Methods on Induced Abortion
