国产注射用阿奇霉素对细菌性感染的疗效

摘    要:目的 评价国产注射用阿奇霉素对呼吸、泌尿系统急性细菌性感染的疗效及安全性。方法 40例患者分为阿奇霉素治疗组15例、乳糖酸红霉素对照组15例和开放组(阿奇霉素)10例。给药方法为阿奇霉素0.5g,每日1次,静滴;乳糖酸红霉素0.5 g,每日2次,静滴;疗程均为5~7d。结果 阿奇霉素治疗组总的临床有效率为96%(24/25)。呼吸系统感染随机配对对照研究显示阿奇霉素的临床疗效明显优于乳糖酸红霉素(有效率分别为93.3%和53.3%,P<0.05),细菌清除率和转阴率也明显高于后者(分别为100%和60%,P<0.05)。不良反应发生率在阿奇霉素组明显低于对照组(分别为12%和40%,P<0.05)。结论 注射用阿奇霉素对呼吸、泌尿系统的急性细菌性感染有效而安全。

Abstract:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of azithromycin injection compared with erythromycin in the treatment ofacute bacterial infections. Methods A total of 40 patients were enrolled in this study. 15 cases of respiratory infections treated with azithromycin were compared with 15 cases treated with erythromycin. 10 cases of other tissue infections were treated with azithromycin. Drugs were administered intravenously once a day (for azithromycin)or twice a day (for erythromycih)for 5-7 days, at a daily dose of 0. 5 g of azithromycin or 1.0g of erythromycin. Results The overall clinical efficacy rates of azithromycin was 96% (24/25). The randomized comparative evaluation showed that the clinical efficacy rate of azithromycin(93. 3%)was higher than that of erythromycin(53. 3%),P<0. 05,and the bacterialogical clearance rate for azithromycin(100%) was higher than that for erythromycin(60%), P < 0. 05. The incidence of adverse drug reactions for azithromycin (12%) was lower than that for ery-thromycin(40%) ,P<0. 05. Comclusion Azithromycin injection is an effective and safe antibiotic for the treatment of bacterial infection.
