| 摘 要： | 为4例伴有严重合并症的喉全切除及大范围下咽切除患者行Blom-Singer发音重建术,术后发音功能恢复良好.提示对复杂疑难病例进行发音重建,Blom-Singer技术为最佳选择方法之一,但在重建过程中应细致寻找短暂发音障碍原因,以正确指导患者训练发音.

| Abstract: | Four advance-aged and weak patients with serious complications received total la-ryngectomy ,wide-range hypopharyngectomy and Blom-Singer voice prothesis rehabilitation. Postoperative pronunciation function was very good. This indicating that Blom-Singer technique was the best choice for voice rehabilitation in complicated and difficult cases. Meanwhile,carefully and actively looking for the reason of dysphonia and properly training the patients was importance. |
