| 摘 要： | 文中对1995年5月～1997年5月收治的100例渗透出性中耳炎患者行咽鼓管逆行造影摄颅底X片,结果显示:咽鼓管显影率是了解咽鼓管和中耳功能的一个重要指标,从而客观地提示了咽鼓管功能障碍为渗出性中耳炎发病的重要因素之一,且对渗出性中耳炎治疗的评价具有一定的指导意义.

| Abstract: | Based on the result of retrograde tubo-tympanography, the authors believe that tubal developing rate is an important factor reflecting the function of eustachian tube and middle ear. Malfunction of eustachian tube is the essential underlying cause of secretory otitis media. The method we introduced has guiding effect for therapeutic evaluation of this disease. |
