| 摘 要： | 目的 :为临床合理应用胃粘膜保护剂提供参考。方法 :通过文献复习 ,对常用和新型胃粘膜保护剂进行分析和讨论。结果与结论 :合理选用胃粘膜保护剂 ,不仅在消化性溃疡急性期可取得与H2 RA相似疗效 ,而且与其它抗溃疡制剂配伍 ,防止复发具有更好的疗效

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To provide information for clinical rational usage of gastroduodenal mucosal protective agents. METHODS: The common and new gastroduodenal mucosal protective agents were analyzed and discussed by the way of literature review. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Clinical rational usage of gastroduodenal mucosal protective agents is of great benefit to not only obtaining the same effect as H 2receptor antagonists in acute peptic ulcer, but also having better effect of prevention recurrence when combined with other anti-ulcer agents. |
