刨吸术(TriVex)治疗下肢静脉曲张116例临床分析

目的评价TriVex刨吸术治疗下肢静脉曲张的近期治疗效果.方法对116例下肢静脉曲张患者(178条肢体)的曲张浅静脉进行刨吸切除,对手术时间、手术切口、住院时间、并发症及复发率等进行观察.结果每条肢体进行刨吸切除时间为8～45 min,平均24 min;手术切口2～9个,平均4.6个.27条(15.2%)肢体发生局部血肿,2条肢体(1.12%)术后出现小腿蜂窝组织炎,1条(0.56%)术后1个月出现下肢深静脉血栓.116例中有105例(162条肢体)随访3～24个月,平均12.7月,随访率90.5%,复发1例复发率0.62%.结论TriVex刨吸术是治疗下肢静脉曲张的较理想术式.

Transilluminated powered phlebectomy for the treatment of varicose veins in lower extremities: Clinical analysis of 116 cases

Objective To evaluate short-term therapeut ic effects of transilluminated powered phlebectomy by the TriVex System in the tre atment of varicose veins in lower extremities. Methods Transil luminated powered phlebectomy by the TriVex System was employed in 116 patients with varicose veins in 178 lower limbs. The duration of operation, surgical inci sions, the period of hospital stay, complications, and recurrent rates were anal yzed. Results The duration of phlebectomy per limb was 8~45 mi n (mean, 24 min). The number of incisions was 2~9 (mean, 4.6). Postoperatively,l ocal hematoma occurred in 27 limbs(15.2%),cellulitis was seen in 2 lower limbs( 1.12%),and deep vein thrombosis was found in 1 lower limb(0.56%) 1 day after o peration.Follow-up surveys for 3~24 months (mean, 12.7 months) in 105 out of 116 patients (162 limbs), with a follow-up rate of 90.5%, found recurrence in 1 pat ient(0.62%). Conclusions Transilluminated powered phlebectomy by the TriVex System is an ideal alternative for the treatment of varicose vein s in lower extremities.
