Dot-ELISA在人体肺螨病诊断中的应用

本文采用Dot-ELISA法检测了45例人体肺螨病患者血清的尘螨性抗体,结果阳性率为13.3～91.1％。20例正常人血清1:40稀释度以上均未出现假阳性;与慢性支气管炎、肺结核、胸膜炎、支气管哮喘和支气管扩张等患者血清,均未出现交叉反应。与蠕形螨病患者血清未出现交叉反应,但与疥疮患者血清有15.4％的交叉反应。

Dot-ELISA IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF PULMONARY ACARIASIS

The dot enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect antibodies in sera of patients with pulmonary acariasis. Among 45 confirmed cases of acariasis 13. 3 to 91. 1% showed positive reactions. One out of 20 nomal control sera.reacted at a serum dilution of 1:20, but none at al: 40(range 40~640). No cross reations were observed with sera from cases of tu- berculosis ,pleurisy, bronchiectasis and demodicidosis. The cross reactions were observed with sera from two cases of chronic bronchitis and three cases of bronchial asthma at a serum dilution of 1 : 20,but none at al:40. It did occur to some extent were sera from case of scabies at serum dilution of 1 : 20 to 1:80. The results indicated that the dot-ELISA was sensitive, specific and economic for the diagnosis of pulmonary acaria- sis.
