Abstract: | Forensic veterinary medicine is of increasing importance. Legal and other cases in which a veterinary input is likely to be required include those relating to unexpected death of animals, welfare, abuse, and breaches of conservation law. The principles of investigation closely follow those used in human forensic medicine, but there are some important differences. |
