腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤的应用研究

目的：探讨腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤的临床效果和安全性。方法：选择80例卵巢良性肿瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组采用开腹治疗,比较两组患者的手术时间、出血量、平均住院天数和术后肛门平均排气时间等。结果：观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、平均住院时间和术后肛门排气时间均少于开腹组（P〈0.05）。结论：腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤安全有效,其具有创伤小、恢复快等优点,值得临床推广。

Study the Role of Laparoscopy on Patient with Benign Ovarian Neoplasm

Objective：To explore the treatment effects and safety of laparoscopy on patients with benign ovarian neoplasm.Method： 80 patients with benign ovarian tumor were selected,and divided randomly into the intervention group（40 cases） and the control group（40 cases）,patients in the intervention group undergoing laparoscopic operations,patients in the control group undergoing open procedures,the procedure time,bleeding volume,average inpatient days,and average postoperative anus exhaust time were compared between the two groups.Result： The bleeding volume,average inpatient days,and average postoperative anus exhaust time in intervention group were all significantly less than those of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Laparoscopy for patients with benign ovarian neoplasm is a safe and effective way,with minimal invasion and rapid recovery,and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
