| 摘 要： | 将６３例新生儿硬肿症患儿随机分为加温输液治疗组３２例，对照组３１例。对治疗组患儿应用自行研制的恒温加温输液器输液。两组比较结果表明，加温输液治疗组较对照组能提高治愈率（Ｐ＜０．０５）、降低病死率（Ｐ＜０．０５）、缩短硬肿天数（Ｐ＜０．０１）、缩短住院天数（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果提示，恒温加温输液是用于新生儿硬肿症的一种简单易行、疗效可靠的方法，有很大的推广价值

| Abstract: | children with Sclerema Neonatorum were divided into two groups :32 cases in constant warmed intravenous drip group and 31 cases in control group.The constant Intravenous drip warmer which was used by the treatment group was self made.Results of two groups indicated that constant warmed intravenous drip can increase cure rate (P<0.05 ),reduce fatality rate ( P<0.05 ) and shorten the days of sclerema and hospital staying (P<0.01 ).The results reveal that constant warmed intravenous drip is simple and easy measure that has curative effect and reliable in treatment of Sclerema Neonatorm.It has very important application value.
