| 摘 要： | 本文对88例经Halsted根治术治疗的Ⅰ～Ⅲ期乳腺癌远期疗效进行分析。5年生存率50％(44/88),10年生存率26.3％(10/38)。应根据病期、病理类型、肿瘤部位、雌激素受体(ER)测定,选择合理治疗方案。推荐Patey手术治疗Ⅰ期孔癌,Ⅱ、Ⅲ期乳癌可选择改良扩大根治术或Halsted根治术。

| Abstract: | The forward curative effects of 88 cases of breast cancer of the 1 st-3rd rate treated by Halsted's radical operation are analyzed. Five-yearand ten-year survival rates are 50% (44/88) and 26. 3% (10/38) respeti-rely. A reasonable plan of treatment should be chosen according to theclinical stages, pathological types, tumor positions and the level of estro-gen receptors. Patey's operation is recommended to treat breast cancerof the Ist rate. In treating breast cancer of the 2nd and 3rd rate, theimproved and expanded radical operation or Halsted's radical operationmay be chosen. |
