| 摘 要： | 目的:探索不同产地不同采收期垂盆草药材的红外光谱特征。方法:利用傅里叶红外光谱仪检测各样品(全草粉末压片)的红外光谱,对谱图进行比较研究。结果:湖北省4个产地15份垂盆草药材样品的红外光谱中有部分吸收峰的峰位(波数cm-1)、峰强度(吸光度A)或峰强比均与样品的采收期呈明显相关性。就峰位而言,所有春季样品在(1 625±7)cm-1处的峰位均小于1 623cm-1,秋季样品(8-10月)一般大于1 625cm-1;所有春季样品在(1 057±16)cm-1处的峰位均大于1050cm-1,夏秋季样品均小于1 050cm-1。此外,样品的产地也与红外光谱特征有一定相关性。结论:利用红外光谱特征可基本判断鄂产垂盆草的采收期;红外光谱法用于植物药材产季的研究与判断值得重视。
