| 摘 要： | 目的探讨改善老年开胸手术患者术前呼吸道准备的有效方法。方法将60例老年患者,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组患者行常规准备护理,试验组通过深呼吸运动、登楼运动、雾化吸入等完成术前呼吸道准备;比较两组患者入院时和进行呼吸道准备1周后的动脉血气分析数据,评价呼吸功能的变化。结果两组患者呼吸道准备1周后,动脉血PO2、SaO2较入院时均有改善,试验组改善较对照组更为明显(P0.05);而动脉血PCO2准备前后两组均无明显改善(P0.05)。结论物理运动和药物治疗相结合的综合护理方法在开胸手术老年患者术前呼吸道准备中是积极有效且可行的。
