| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨复方异烟肼片中维生素Ｂ６的测定方法。方法：差谱法与多元回归分光光度法相结合。结果：方法的线性，回收率等指标良好。结论：本法可用于复方异烟肼片中的维生素Ｂ６的测定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To build up a quantitive detennination method of VB_6 in compound isoniazid tablets Methods:A new method of differential spectrum in combination with multivegression spectrophotometry was used. Rersults:Good linearity precision and recovery is obtained.Conclusion:The method can be employed to determine VB_6 in compourd isoniazid tablets. |
