地震伤挤压综合征的护理

目的：总结地震伤挤压综合征护理经验。方法：对我院SICU收治的6例挤压综合征伤员临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：6例中2例为单肢受损,其余4例均为双肢受损,6例均行一期单侧毁损肢体截肢术,双肢受损者另一侧肢体行减压术,2例行延期截肢,ICU住院日7～48天,6例全部存活,结论：挤压综合征发生后,应尽早行连续肾替代治疗,在患肢毁损较重影响循环系统稳定时应尽早截肢。

Nursing care of extrusion syndrome injured in earthquake

Objective：To summarize the nursing experience of earthquake extrusion injury syndrome. Methods：To analyze the clinical data of six cases treated in SICU of Sichuan Provincial People＇s Hospital, who injured in the Wenchuan earthquake. Results：Two cases of single-limb impairment and the remaining four cases were double-limb damage in the 6 cases. 6 cases received limb amputation for unilateral destructed limb, the patients with double-limb impairment received other side limb decompression,2 cases received extension of amputation.The maximum hospital days were 48 d ,the minimum were 7 d ,all six cases were survival. Conclusion：When the extrusion syndrome occurrs, the best treatment program is renal replacement therapy as soon as possible. When damage affects the stability of the circulatory system amputation should be performed quickly.
