| 摘 要： | 目的 对输血治疗的患者在滤除白细胞与未滤除白细胞输血反应率进行比较，观察滤除白细胞输注法在临床治疗中的意义。方法 对5608例输血患者的输血反应率进行统计。结果 滤除白细胞前的输血反应率为0．6％。滤除白细胞后的输血反应率为0．16％。结论 运用去除白细胞输血疗法，可减少输血反应的发生，使白细胞引起的输血不良反应降至最低限度。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical significance of infusion with white blood cells filtered out by comparing the tradfusion reaction in patients receiving blood transfusion therapy with white blood ceils filtered out and with white blood ceils. Methods Statistical study was given to the transfusion reaction in 5608 cases receiving blood transfusion therapy. Results The transfusion reaction rate before white blood ceils filtered out was 0.6% and that after white blood ceils filtered out was 0.16%. Conclusions Blood transfusion with white blood cells filtered out may reduce the occurrence of transfusion reaction and the adverse reaction in blood transfusion caused by white blood cells may be reduced to the lowest degree, |
