成人肱骨干锁定钢板微创置人治疗儿童股骨干骨折

摘    要:[摘要]目的探讨应用成人肱骨干锁定钢板微创置入治疗儿童股骨干骨折的可行性及疗效。方法采用微创小切口置人成人肱骨干锁定钢板桥接内固定治疗儿童股骨干骨折32例,回顾性分析其临床效果。结果本组32例均获随访,平均随访时间13(8~16)个月。所有患儿无血管神经损伤,无钢板断裂及松动现象,无伤口感染,骨折全部愈合,无畸形,膝髋关节功能均正常。术后4例出现过度生长,平均0.7cm,余28例全部等长。4例过度增长者未经特殊处理,均自行停止。术后3个月取出锁定钢板,均未发生再骨折。结论利用成人肱骨干锁定钢板微创内固定治疗儿童股骨干骨折是一种有效的手术方法,对复杂的骨折效果尤为明显。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the feasibility and efficacy of minimally-invasive aduh locking com- pression plates for the treatment of femoral shaft fractures in children. Method The results were retrospec- tively studied in 32 children with femoral fractures treated by minimally-invasive adult locking humerus shaft compression platesl Results All the 32 cases were followed up, with an average follow-up time of 13 (8 - 16) months. All children had vascular nerve injury-free, no plate breakage or loosening, no wound infections. The fractures all healed without deformity, and the hip and knee functions were normal. 4 cases got excessive growth, averaging 0.7cm, and all stopped without special treatment. And there was no fracture occurred after the remove of the locking plates 3 months after surgery. Conclusion Adult humeral locking compression plates with minimally invasive internal fixation for femoral shaft fractures in children is an effective method, especially for complex fractures.
