急性胰腺炎中医药临床治疗进展

急性胰腺炎是多种病因造成胰酶激活后所致的胰腺组织的局部炎症反应,常累及全身多个器官,其临床特点是发病急骤、变化迅速、并发症多、死亡率高。作者从中医辨证、中医药治疗、中西医结合治疗三个方面对中医药治疗急性胰腺炎的近况作文献复习,发现中医药尤其是中西医结合治疗能显著提高临床疗效,减少并发症,提高治愈率,从而恢复患者健康。

Curable Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine to Treat Acute Pancreatitis

Acute Pancreatitis（AP）is a regional inflammatory response of pancreatic tissue after the activation of pentazyme due to various resources,which usually causes the dysfunction of several orgons,and is featured by sharp onset、fast development、abundant complication and high mortability.Methods：Reviewing the literature on the treatment of AP with integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine from the following three parts：the differentiation of symptoms and signs、the treatment with TCM and the treatment of integration of TCM and Western Medicine.Results：The treatment of AP with TCM,especially with integration of TCM and Western Medicine can remarkably improve the clinic efficacy、reduce complication、improve curable rate and advance the recovery.
