大肠上皮性肿瘤AgNORs及PCNA表达的定量分析

目的　探讨AgNORs计数及PCNA指数在大肠上皮性肿瘤中的诊断意义。　方法　应用AgNORs染色蓝调色技术及SP免疫组化法分别检测 41例大肠癌及 10例大肠腺瘤标本中的AgNORs颗粒及PCNA指数 ,另检测正常大肠组织 6例作为对照 ,并进行统计学处理。　结果　正常大肠组织、大肠管状腺瘤及大肠高、中、低分化腺癌之间AgNORs计数及PCNA指数差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,且颗粒分布和形态也不相同。　结论　AgNORs计数及PCNA指数测定为大肠腺瘤及各级大肠腺癌的诊断和鉴别诊断提供了较为客观的依据 ,有重要的参考价值。

The Quantitative Expression of AgNORs and PCNA in Colorectal Epithelioma

Objective To explore the significance of AgNORs count and PCNA in the diagnosis of Colorectal Epithelioma. Methods AgNORs blue color matching assays and SP immunohistochemical method were applied to detect the AgNORs count and PCNA index in 41 cases of Colorectal Carcinoma and 10 cases of Colorectal Adenoma,respectively,and 6 cases of normal Colorectal tissue were detected as the control group.Statistics analysis was done for them. Results Statistical differences in AgNORs count and PCNA index were detected among normal Colorectal tissue and Colorectal Tubule Adenoma and various differentiations of Adenocarcinoma(high,mid,low)(P<0.01). Inconsistency in granule distribution and modality were also shown. Conclusion It is valuable to apply AgNORs count and PCNA index to diagnose and discriminate the Colorectal Carcinoma and Colorectal Adenoma.
