脉痛宁胶囊治疗Ⅱ期血栓闭塞性脉管炎疼痛的实验研究

目的　研究脉痛宁胶囊治疗Ⅱ期血栓闭塞性脉管炎(TAO)疼痛的作用机制。方法　用月桂酸注射于大鼠股动脉造成TAO模型,用脉痛宁溶液灌胃,观察用药后痛阈的变化。检测下丘脑、血浆中β-内啡肽(β-Ep)的变化和血浆中血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)的水平。结果　给药后TAO大鼠的痛阈明显提高,下丘脑、血浆中β-内啡肽的含量上升,血浆中AⅡ的含量下降。结论　脉痛宁胶囊有明显的镇痛作用,其镇痛机制可能是通过提高大鼠中枢和周围血浆中β-Ep含量和通过扩张周围血管发挥镇痛作用。

Empirical study of Maitongning capsule on stage 2thromboangiitis obliterans pain

Objective It is to study the mechanism of Maitongning capsule on stage 2 thromboangiitis obliterans (TAO) pain. Methods The animal models of TAO were made with injecting Lauric acid into the femoral artery of rats. Then the rats were given Maitongning solution by intragastric administration. The change of pain threshold was observed after medication. The changes of β-Endorphin (β-Ep) in hypothalamus and plasma and levels of angiotensin Ⅱ (AⅡ) in plasma were detected. Results After treatment, the pain threshold of TAO rats was obviously enhanced, the contents of β-Ep in hypothalamus and plasma increased and the content of AⅡ in plasma decreased. Conclusion Maitongning capsule has obvious action of relieve pain and the mechanism may be related with the drug action of increasing β-Ep content in hypothalamus and plasma and broadening the peripheral blood vessel.
