夏星磁颗粒剂治疗原发性癫痫大发作的实验研究

对夏星磁颗粒剂进行药效学和急性毒性实验，经士的宁惊厥法表明：该冲剂有显著抗惊厥作用，和对照组相比Ｐ＜０．０１，且存在剂量依赖关和最大电休克发作实验表明，该冲剂有显著对抗龟惊厥作用，和对照组相比Ｐ＜０．０１，亦存在剂量依赖关和硫酸亚铁所致的慢，生癫痫模型显示，该冲剂有一定程度抗癫痫作用，和对照组相比Ｐ＜０．０５。急性毒性试验显示，小白鼠可耐受相当于人用临床量的３０７．７倍，表明该药安全无毒。

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON XIAXINGCHI GRANULETREATING PATIENT WITH IDIOPATHIC EPILEPSY MAJOR

The acute toxicity test and pbarmaco dynamic experiment of Xia XingChi granule,through the strychnine test,showed that the granule had significant action ofanticonvulsion(P<0.01),and there existed the dose dependence to the granule,The greatestelectro-shock attact test showed that the granule had the signiflcant action for electric convul-sion(P< 0.01)and also existed the dose dependence to the granule,The chronictpilepsy mod.el resulting from ferrous sulfate showed that the granule had some anti-epilepsy action(P<0.05).And the acute toxicity test showed that the mouse'stolerance dose was 307.7 timesas large as human's which implied the granule was a safe and non-toxic to patient.
