抑郁症复发危险因素回归分析

摘    要:目的 探讨抑郁症复发的危险因素,为抑郁症的防治提供依据。方法 采用队列研究和非条件Logistic回归分析,探讨抑郁症惠者复发危险因素。结果 多因素Logistic回归分析显示患者服药依从性(OR=0.143,95%CI:0.046~0.439)、精神障碍家族史(OR=3.861,95%CI:1.362~10.943)和负性生活事件(OR=3.453,95%CI:1.149~10.370)为抑郁症复发的重要危险因素。结论 抑郁症复发与生物遗传因素、环境因素、行为因素和社会心理因素关系密切,提高抑郁症患者服药依从性,减少患者负性生活事件的影响和实施心理干预,是防治抑郁症复发积极而有效的措施。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the risk factors in recurrence patients with depression and to provide basis for prevention and treatment.Methods A longitudinal cohort study was used and probed into the risk factors of recurrence patients with depression by unconditional multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results The unconditional multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that family heredity(OR=3.861,95%CI: 1.362~10.943),negative life event(0R=3.453, 95%CI: 1.149~10.370) and compliance with antidepressant treatment(OR2=0.143,95%CI: 0.046~0.439) are major risk factors for recurrence.Conclusion The depression recurrence is associated with factors of biology-heredity,environment,behavior and society-psychology,controlling negative life event,improving the patient compliance with antidepressant therapy and mental intervention will contribute to controlling of depression recurrence.
