| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the status and shortcomings in the training of clinical practice ability of nursing postgraduates in China,including training objectives,training modes and teaching management and evaluation.Then,some sugguestions were proposed,including improving teaching mode,optimizing the curriculum,and regulating the practice sites and strengthening teacher development,in order to standardize nursing postgraduate education. |
