| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性胰腺炎(AP)患者病情轻重与血清D-乳酸水平的关系,试图以血清D-乳酸水平作为评价AP病情轻重的指标。方法通过对62例AP患者的临床资料进行前瞻性分析,将其分为轻型急性胰腺炎(MAP)42例和重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)20例,另取30例健康正常人为对照组。选定血清D-乳酸作为监测肠道屏障功能的指标,并分析不同AP的病情严重程度与血清D-乳酸水平变化间的关系。结果62例AP患者血清D-乳酸水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05);SAP患者血清D-乳酸水平明显高于MAP患者(P<0.05)。结论肠道通透性变化与AP病情轻重关系密切,不同病情AP患者血清D-乳酸水平不同。血清D-乳酸水平可以作为评价AP病情轻重程度的实验室指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical relationship between the different state of acute pancreatitis (AP) and the change of serum D-lactic acid, attempt to use the level of serum D-lactie acid to evaluate the severity of AP.
