| 摘 要： | 本文应用琼脂单向免疫扩散法(改良后)对143例各类神经系统疾病患者脑脊液免疫球蛋白(IgG,IgA,IgM)进行测定。结果发现神经系统感染性疾病,中枢神经系肿瘤以及脑血管疾病等疾病的脑脊液免疫球蛋白明显高于对照组和其他疾病组。因此这项检查对神经系统疾病具有一定的辅助诊断价值。

| Abstract: | The authors studied CSF immunoglobulin (Ig) in 143 patients who had various neurologic diseases by using modified radial immunodiffusion method.The patients with neurologic imflammatory and cerebrovascular diseases,and with tumors of the central nervous system,obtained remarkably higher Ig levels than those with other diseases and the controls.In conclusion,this measurement may have definite and supplemental diagnostic usefulness for some neurologic diseases. |
