锰暴露区儿童头发微量元素调查

摘    要:目的了解锰污染区儿童头发中微量元素含量的变化。方法整群抽取太原市城南40 km清徐县及城北30 km尖草坪区四、五年级学生各200名,作为暴露组和非暴露组。进行一般情况的调查,并采用火焰原子吸收法测定头发中微量元素(钙铁锌锰),并对结果进行统计分析。结果暴露组发锰平均含量与发锌平均含量明显高于非暴露组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。暴露组儿童发锰平均含量高于北方农村儿童发锰含量,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);非暴露组儿童发锰平均含量与北方农村儿童发锰含量差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。暴露组中,独生与非独生子女发锰平均含量差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);女生发锰及发钙平均含量高于男生,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论暴露组儿童发锰含量增高,其中女生更为显著。

Abstract:Objective To study the microelements content in hair of children in pollution areas.Methods Two hundred children from 4 to 5 grades of elementary schools were selected in Taiyuan southern suburb,Qingxu County,as the exposure group,and other 200 children from 4 to 5 grades of elementary schools were also selected in Taiyuan northern suburb as the non-exposure group.The basic information of children was investigated,and the contents of calcium,iron,zinc,and manganese in hair were assayed,and all the data were analyzed statistically.Results The contents of manganese and zinc in the exposure group were higher than those in the non-exposure group,P<0.05.The manganese content in the exposure group was higher than that in the north countryside children,P<0.05.The manganese content in non-exposure group was as much as that in the north countryside children,P>0.05.In the exposure group,the manganese content in the only child of one couple was as much as that in the non-only child of one couple,P>0.05.The manganese and calcium contents in female students were higher than those in male students,P<0.05.Conclusions The manganese content in hair of the children in pollution areas is heightening,especially in hair of female children.
