摘    要:目的探讨通心络胶囊对肺心病加重期血液流变学与血气分析指标的影响.方法选20例健康者为对照组,60例肺心病加重期患者分为治疗组和通心络胶囊治疗组,各30例.分别检测患者治疗前后血液流变学与血气各个指标变化.结果常规治疗组和通心络组在治疗前各指标均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后通心络组疗效显著优于治疗组(P<0.05).讨论肺心病加重期血液处于高黏状态,通心络胶囊具有降低血液黏稠性、聚集性、凝固性的作用,改善微循环及血液的流变性,从而改善了缺氧状态.

Abstract:Objective To explore effects of Tongxinluo copsule for indexes of blood rheology and blood gas analysis in exacerbating period of cor pulmonale.Methods 20 healthy subjects were selected as control group,60 patients with cor pulmonale were radomly divided into treatment group who were treated by routine therapy and Tongxinluo group who were treated by routine therapy and Tongxinluo capsule. The changes of indexes of blood rheology and blood gas analysis were observed before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, the indexes of treatment group and Tongxinluo group were higher than that of control group (P < 0.01) . After treatment, the curative effects of Tongxinluo group were better than that of treatment group(P < 0.05) . Conclusion In deteriorating period of cor pulmonale, the blood is in a highly viscid condition. Tongxinluo capsule may decrease the viscosity, conglomeration and coagulation of blood and improve microcirculation as well as lack of oxygen.
