| 摘 要： | 急性阑尾炎（acute appendicitis，AA）是急腹症最常见的病因之一。随着经自然腔道内镜手术技术及理念的不断发展，以内镜下逆行性阑尾治疗技术和内镜下阑尾切除术为代表的消化内镜治疗技术开始应用于AA的治疗。本文就目前AA的消化内镜治疗现状及未来发展趋势进行分析。

| Abstract: | Acute appendicitis (AA) is one of the most common general surgical emergencies. The laparoscopic appendectomy is the main therapeutic approach for AA, but the non-operative management such as the antibiotic-first strategy can be considered safe and effective in selected patients with uncomplicated AA. At present, with the continuous development of the technology and concept of natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery, endoscopic retrograde appendicitis therapy and endoscopic appendectomy begin to be used in the treatment of uncomplicated AA. This article introduces the current status and prospect of endoscopic therapeutic strategy for AA. |
