| 摘 要： | 杜元灏教授基于《灵枢》中呃逆的外治法,提出了“平抑胃气,调神止呃”的治疗原则,疗效显著。文章总结杜元灏教授治疗顽固性呃逆经验,并从神经解剖学和神经生理学角度进行了阐述,也借此探讨针灸治疗内脏疾病的思路。

| Abstract: | Based on the external treatment of intractable hiccups from Miraculous pivot. Professor DU Yuanhao has put forward to the treatment principle of intractable hiccups that is "regulating stomach ascending qi, relieving hiccup by regulating shen", which has a notable curative effect. This paper summarized Professor DU''s experience in treating intractable hiccups and explain it from neuroanatomy and neurophysiology. By the way, we discuss the idea of treating splanchnopathy by acupuncture. |
