二维对比超声心动图诊断永存左上腔静脉经冠状窦引流入右房

应用二维对比超声心动图,对17例合并有永存左上腔静脉经冠状窦引流入右房的先天性心脏病患者进行了检查,所有病例均经手术或右心导管检查证实,符合率为100%。并对其发生情况、诊断与鉴别诊断以及临床意义进行了讨论。

TWO-DIMENSIONAL CONTRAST ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF THE DRAINING OF LEFT SUPERIOR VENA CAVA INTO RIGHT ATRIUM VIA CORONARY SINUS

Seventeen patients with drainage of left superior vena cava into right atrium via coronary sinus were examined by two-dimensional contrast echocardiography. All cases were confirmed with operation and /or right heart eatheterizition.The coincident rate was 100%.The characteristic of two-dimensional echccardiography with this anomaly in long axis view of left ventricle was an enlarged coronary sinus as a circular or ovoid structure lying in the region of posterior atrioven-tricular grocve behind the rcot of the pesterior mitral velve leaflet. Following bolus injections of contrast material (3% Hydrogen peroxide solution) into a left peripheral arm vein the coronary sinus opacified rapidly with subsequent contrast eches appearing on the right ventricle.The incidence, diagnosis and diffe-rential diagnosis, clinical significance of this anomaly are discussed.
