莫西沙星治疗老年社区获得性肺炎临床研究

目的评价莫西沙星治疗老年社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法以莫西沙星为试验药，头孢呋辛为对照药，治疗老年社区获得性肺炎，对其疗效和安全性进行随机对照研究。结果两组共入选119例病例，莫西沙星治疗组（试验组）60例，头孢呋辛治疗组（对照组）59例。治疗结果两组的总有效率分别为90％和69％，治愈率分别为50％和39％，两组共分离细菌81株，细菌清除率分别为84％和53％（P〈0.05）。不良反应发生率分别为8％和5％（P〉0．05）。结论莫西沙星治疗老年社区获得性肺炎的疗效良好，使用安全，有较高的临床应用价值。

Clinical study of Moxifloxacin in the treatment of elderly patients with community acquired pneumonia

Objective] To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Moxifloxacin in the treatment of elderly patients with community acquired pneumonia (CAP). Methods] Elderly patients with CAP were treated with moxifloxacin or cefuroxime in a randomized controlled study. Results] A total of 119 patients were enrolled in this study, 60 patients in Moxifloxacin group, 59 patients in Cefuroxime group. The cure rates and the effective rates of Moxifloxacin group and cefuroxime group were 50%, 39% (P <0.05) and 90%, 69% (P <0.05), respectively. The bacterial eradication rates of the two groups were 84% and 53%, respectively. The rates of adverse reaction in the two groups were 8%, 5% (P >0.05.), respectively. Conclusion] Moxifloxacin is effective and safe for the treatment of elderly patients with CAP, which has a high clinical value.
