莪术油霜剂外用治疗银屑病的药效学及作用机制研究

目的：探讨莪术油霜外用治疗银屑病的药效学及作用机制，方法：采用鼠尾鳞片表皮－鼠阴道上皮实验模型，观察莪术油霜外用对上皮细胞分裂及表皮细胞分化的影响，结果：不同浓度的莪术油霜与0．02％丙酸氯倍他索霜一样，有显著的抑制阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂及增殖细胞核抗原表达，促进鼠尾鳞片表皮颗粒层形成的作用。结论：莪术油霜为中等疗效的治疗银屑病的外用药物，其作用机制可抑制角质形成细胞增殖，促进角质形成细胞正常分化。

Study on Pharmacodynamics and Therapeutic Mechanism of Rhizoma Curcumae Zedoariae Oil Cream in Topical Treatment forPsoriasis

Objective To study the pharmacodynamics and therapeutic mechanism of Rhizoma curcumae zedoariae oil cream in the topical treatment for psoriasis.Methods The effect of the cream on the epithelial mitosis and epidermal differentiation were detected using the epithelium as experimental models.Results All of the creams of Rhizoma curcumae zedoariae oil at 2.5,5 and 10 percent as well as 0.02 percent clobetasol propionate cream revealed a significant inhibiting effect on mouse vaginal epithelial mitosis and expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and a significant promoting effect on the formation of granular layer in mouse tail scale epidermis.Both mentioned effects of clobetasol propionate were better than that of Rhizoma curcumae zedoariae oil.Conclusion As a moderately effective topical application in treating psoriasis,the Rhizoma curcumae zedoariae oil cream is deemed to be able to inhibit the proliferation of epidermal cell and promote the normal differentiation.
