亚胺培南治疗重症下呼吸道感染的临床分析

目的:了解亚胺培南治疗重症下呼吸道感染的疗效和安全性.方法:回顾性分析亚胺培南治疗16例重症下呼吸道感染病例的疗效和不良反应.结果:14例治疗有效,有效率87.5%;共检出细菌9株,用药后清除7株(77.8%),2株未清除［1株为耐甲氧西林的金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA),1株为绿脓杆菌］.16例中,1例有轻度恶心、头昏不适.结论:亚胺培南对重症下呼吸道感染有良好疗效,使用安全,可作为治疗致病菌不明的严重下呼吸道感染或混合菌感染的较为理想的经验性治疗药物.

Clinical Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Imipenem in the Treatment of Severe Infection of the Lower Respiratory Tract

Objective:To find out the therapeutic effect and safety of imipenem in the treatment of severe infections of the lower respiratory tract (LRT). Methods: A retrospective analysis was made concerning the therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of imipenem in the treatment 16 cases of severe infection of the LRT. Results: The treatment was effective in 14 of the 16 cases, the effective rate being 87.5%. Among the 9 strains of bacteria isolated, 7 were cleared (77.8%) after the treatment, the remaining 2 strains were methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and pseudomonas aeruginosa, respectively. No other adverse reactions were observed except for 1 case with mild dizziness and nausea. Conclusions: Imipenem is a safe and effective remedy for the treatment of severe bacterial infection of the LRT. In particular, it is recommended for treatment of mixed bacterial infections of the LRT or for infections caused by unidentified pathogens.
