2008～2009年我院中心药房麻醉药品和一类精神药品使用情况分析

目的：了解2008～2009年我院中心药房的麻醉药品和一类精神药品的使用情况及用药趋势,为临床合理用药和加强国家特殊药品的管理提供参考。方法：通过计算机管理系统检索2008～2009年我院麻醉药品和一类精神药品的临床使用数据,以DDDs值、DDDs值排序、AUDs、DUI为指标分析其临床使用情况。结果：麻醉药品和一类精神药品的所有品种中,盐酸羟考酮控释片20 mg的DUI〉1,其他品种DUI≤1。结论：麻醉药品和一类精神药品使用基本合理,在癌症患者应用麻醉药品方面总体符合WHO癌症疼痛三阶梯治疗的基本原则。

Analysis of narcotic drugs and the first category of psychotropic drugs using circumstance in central pharmacy of our hospital from 2008 to 2009

Objective： To obtain the information of clinical utility and tendency of narcotic drug and psychotropic substances in central pharmacy of our hospital from 2008 to 2009,and provide the reference to clinical rational use of drug and enhance the administration of national special drugs.Methods： The data of narcotic drug and psychotropic substances used in our hospital from 2008 to 2009 were obtained by computer management system.The clinical utility was analyzed with the indexes of DDDs,DDDs order,AUDs and DUI.Results： The DUI of Oxycodone Hydrochloride Controlled Release Pellets with 20 mg/tablet was larger than 1,and the DUIs of other drugs were not larger than 1.Conclusion： The clinical utility of narcotic drug and psychotropic substances is basically reasonable.The use of narcotic drugs for cancer patients is consistent with the principle of WHO three-step ladder for cancer pain.
