复方血竭灌肠与庆大霉素联合地塞米松灌肠对放射性直肠炎的疗效比较

[目的]比较复方血竭与庆大霉素联合地塞米松灌肠对放射性直肠炎的疗效。[方法]采用完全随机、三盲方法将187例放射性肠炎患者分为治疗组与对照组;治疗组99例采用复方血竭灌肠液灌肠,对照组88例采用庆大霉素联合地塞米松灌肠,疗程均为20d;观察2组治疗后临床疗效及内镜评价疗效。[结果]治疗组临床总有效率为88.7%,内镜评价总有效率为88.6%;对照组临床总有效率为75.9%;内镜评价总有效率为72.4%。2组在临床、内镜评价上均差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。[结论]用复方血竭和庆大霉素联合地塞米松灌肠方法治疗放射性直肠炎均有良好疗效,但复方血竭优于庆大霉素联合地塞米松。

Efficacy of compound-dracorhodin vs gentamicin plus dexamethasone for radiation proctitis

[Objective]To evaluate the curative efficacy and side effects of compound-dracorhodin vs gentamicin plus dexamethasone coloclysis for radiation proctitis.[Methods]By randomized tri-blind method ,the treatment group ,total 99 cases ,were treated with Compound-dracorhodin coloclysis.The control group ,total 88 cases ,were treated with Gentamicin plus dexamethasone coloclysis.The curative efficacy and side effects of Compound-dracorhodin vs.Gentamicin plus dexamethasone coloclysis for radiation proctitis were observed ,with a treatment course of 20 days.[Results]After 20-day treatment ,significant differences were noted between the two groups in clinical ,endoscopic response rates（total clinical effective rate of was 86/97 ,endoscopic effective rate was 84/97 in Compound-dracorhodin treatment group vs.66/87 ,63/87 in Gentamicin plus dexamethasone group ,P 〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Compound-dracorhodin coloclysis is superior to Gentamicin plus dexamethasone coloclysis in efficacy and mild side-effects for patients with radiation proctitis.
