强脉冲光联合 A 型肉毒毒素和透明质酸注射治疗面部皮肤老化的疗效

摘    要:目的探讨A型肉毒毒素、透明质酸注射联合强脉冲光治疗面部皮肤老化的临床疗效和安全性。方法面部皮肤老化患者33例,采用A型肉毒毒素、透明质酸注射联合强脉冲光治疗,观察治疗后效果。结果33位患者皮肤老化问题得到不同程度的改善,治疗有效率91.5%。术后不良反应轻且都是暂时性,恢复良好。结论A型肉毒毒素、透明质酸注射联合强脉冲光治疗面部皮肤老化疗效好,患者满意度高、安全有效。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety to fight against facial skin aging jointly with Type A botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid injection and intense pulsed light. Methods Altogether 33 patients of different skin aging problem were given joint treatment of Type A botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid injection and intense pulsed light. All these patients were fallowed up for an observation on therapeutic effect and prognosis. Results The skin aging problems of all the 33 patients were alleviated to different extents, and the effective rate of the treatment was 91.5%. All the postoperative adverse reactions were temporary, and the recovery was good. Conclusions The joint therapy of Type A botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid injection and intense pulsed light, being safe and effective, has good curative effect on facial skin aging, and is rather welcomed by patients.
