| 摘 要： | 目的 检测胃泌素释放肽受体（G PR）在基底细胞癌（BCC）中的表达情况,探讨GRPR与BCC的相关性.方法 用免疫组化SP法分别检测20例正常皮肤、45例不同临床及病理特征患者BCC标本中GRPR的表达.结果 正常皮肤标本中阳性表达3例（15％）,BCC组中23例（51.11％）,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;不同性别、病程BCC组间GRPR的表达差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;而≥60岁组中的表达低于＜60岁组,侵袭性基底细胞癌（IBCC）中的表达高于非侵袭性基底细胞癌（NIBCC）,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 GRPR在BCC中的表达高于正常皮肤,可能与BCC侵袭、浸润机制有关,但关系仍不明确.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of GRPR in BCC and to evaluate its correlation with BCC. Methods The expression of GRPR in 20 normal skin specimens and 45 BCC specimens was detected by immunohistochemistry （ SP method）. Results The positive specimens were 3 （ 15% ） and 23 （51.1 1 % ） in normal skin and BCC, respectively. There was a remarkable difference between them （ P 〈 0. 05）, excepting the sex and course of disease; there was a significant difference of GRPR expression in BCC with differences in age and invasiveness （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of GRPR in BCC is higher than that in normal skin. GRPR may be associated with the invasion and infiltration of the BCC. |
